A Few Notes

I just want to start by saying that I am no nutritionist. All I know about nutrition is through research and personal experience. My nutritional stats are merely approximates and are in no way perfectly accurate. They are based on nutritional information available online, so keep that in mind. However they are as accurate as I can possibly make them, and are probably worth keeping in mind if you calorie count or like to know the approximate healthiness of your food.

In Australia, there are fan-forced and regular ovens. Mine is a fan forced oven, and so far I have found that my cooking time matches the cooking time suggested in all American recipes I have tried. However my mother uses a conventional oven, and so she often has to cook, particularly bake, for twice the length of time. An example of this is with my banana chocolate chip muffins - it takes me about 10 minutes to bake the muffins, while it takes my mum, with her regular oven, 20 minutes. Or, if you have a conventional oven and don't want to cook longer, just adjust the temperature by 10-20 degrees. This is just something I have noticed, and you are all probably far smarter than me and aware of it, but I thought it deserved mention.

I will try to record all of my measurements in cups/tablespoons/teaspoons, however if I don't, here are dry and liquid conversions for metric and imperial systems:
